Built BY tradesmen, FOR tradesmen.Built Skill is a social networking website and mobile application that is directed at the construction industry niche. Built to connect Contractors, Pros/Laborers, Suppliers, and Homeowners, with the goal of becoming the one-stop-shop for everything construction. We are based in San Diego, California and have a passion to change the future of our industries.
Founded by Colton Rau, a member of the flooring industry in San Diego and from Bozeman, Montana, he has a desire and dedication to the people of the whole construction industry to bring about a level of accountability and quality that we are seeming to lose in our workforce. The complaints of a lack of skilled labor and complaints that “they don’t make em’ like they use to” are going to be things of the past. It’s time to do something about it, and Built Skill is built BY the industry, FOR the industry, so it’s time to stop lead service sites from charging astronomical amounts of money for fake leads, and it’s time to weed out the workers that don’t care about anything but moving onto the next project. The industry needs to change, and with your help, we can be the one’s to change it.
